We stayed there for our a long layover. It was a comfortable sleep. Airport transfer given for 15 euros. So recommended for a short stay

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the room is tidy and the breakfast was well worth the money. The only downsides would be that the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient; even on the coldest setting we were overheating at night. The other downside is that the toilet rolls were a little thin and found there was not enough supplied for 3 days.

Fantastic location and great staff. The beds were extremely comfortable but made sounds when moving around so you’re not as comfortable with the stability of it.

Our room was a twin Executive which was warm and inviting. Linen and toiletries were of a high standard. The executive dining floor was excellent. A plentiful buffet at breakfast and a much appreciated ‘happy hour’ in the evenings with nibbles and alcoholic drinks. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. A good location next to the CAT train direct from the airport. All in all a very good choice of hotel for us on our first visit to Vienna. Thank you.

We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check‑in, which immediately made the experience feel special. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, and the balcony was an unexpected highlight — the view of the city was incredible. The bathroom was also impressively large, with both a bidet and a toilet, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak to the dining options, but everything else about our stay was excellent. We would happily return.
