No WiFi connection by phone for much of my stay and no connection ever on the laptop. No one interested in sorting it out. Staff in restaurant lovely. Staff on reception seemed pretty miserable and generally unhelpful. Shower door kept closing in mid shower- a minor problem but can’t iOS be repaired with a little care. No late check out possible even though promised in brochure. Overall a decent place but must sift out WiFi.

We were so pleased we stayed here.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and spoke great English.
The location is excellent - right beside St Stephen’s Cathedral and a underground stop just outside. We could walk to many of Christmas markets from here.
The breakfast was really special - full range of cooked, continental, pasteries, cake and even fresh honey.
We couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
