Peaceful atmosphere!

Riad Rafaele & Spa is truly an oasis tucked away in the Medina's busy streets. From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately feel a sense of calm and warmth that contrasts beautifully with the energy outside. The staff is exceptional, genuinely welcoming, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail of your stay is perfect. They are incredibly thoughtful and proactive, always checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly and that you feel at home. The facilities are clean and very well maintained, with a beautiful traditional design that adds to the overall experience. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great start to the day. The spa services were a highlight; truly top-notch. From the ambiance to the treatments themselves, everything felt luxurious and relaxing. A special thank you to Radwan, Ibrahim, Suliman, and Nassima for their outstanding hospitality; they made our stay even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend Riad Rafaele & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay in the heart of the Medina.

Absolutely superb! Our room was gorgeous, the service and the food was excellent, and the staff were lovely.

Generally really good value for money, lovely room, fantastic and cheap for what you get buffet,(lunch and dinner). Only issue was reception could be quite slow, and also despite arriving about hour and a half after the earliest check in room was still not ready for half an hour.

Hotel had a very small pool to cool off but did not have lounge chairs. A small area with few table and chairs. Hotel did not serve any alcohol. Breakfast area was large and provided a good variety of items.
