Very courteous and friendly staff. Just want to mention that the water pressure on the 10th floor is a bit weak and it tak3 awhile to flush the toilet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The pool and the surroundings while walking was very clean and peaceful. Staff was very friendly. Room was kind of small for a king upgrade, but the water pressure was great and hot when needed. Just small cleaning details would have brought this to a 5 star. I would say 4 1/2 is a fair rating.

Staff is excellent and the breakfast supervisor was extremely helpful lettting me know of a clinic downstairs as I needed antibiotics and got a prescription there....great staff and excellent service.
