St. Lucia Pet-friendly Vacations

The staff members Chloe, Trudy, Destiny, and Glenn were very pleasant to deal with. I did not like feeling trapped at the resort due to the ferry service ending early, and that is the only means of transportation to and from the resort. The restaurant on site (Doolittle’s) prices were extremely expensive and the food did not taste good! Food was extremely salty. The menus were falling apart and appeared to be the same menus from (I guess) when they initially opened. There were roaches in the kitchen. The view from my room was beautiful of the bay. The resort could use some TLC, it was dated. To get to the room was exhausting. Walking up steep inclines and very far distance. Overall, the staff was pleasant and the view of the bay was nice. I checked out early, due to lack of food options, location, and the bugs in my room. The staff member that I expressed the bug complaint to handled my concern well, (I can’t recall her name). She however failed to follow up with me. The beach staff (the men mainly) were very pushy with attempting you to purchase food from them. I would like to commend Destiny for her excellent customer service with facilitating a boat tour at the last minute. Destiny went above and beyond booking the tour. The waitress Trudy was extremely pleasant and a joy to interact with.
