It’s been many years since my last stay at the Lotte Palace and it did not disappoint! Fabulous, as always. The staff was so kind and helpful (Michael completed our check in and out). Great recommendations from the concierge for lunch. Prompt room service whether it was for bubbly, bandaids or extra pillows, they were right there! I simply cannot wait to return after Thanksgiving.

We had a great time at the W Times Square.
Ish was simply fantastic, he made our checkin process easy and explained the property in a funny and friendly way. We were able to go to the TMPL gym and got our complimentary drinks.
He also signed us up to become Marriott members, so we’re looking ahead to a long time relationship with the chain.
Ish, you’re amazing and you deserve a HUGE raise.

We where there for 8 nights. Couldn't unpack our suitcases. 6 very small drawers 3 in the closet and 3 in a dresser. Small refrigerator held 4 water bottles. 6 hangers in closet. Just a horrible stay never again.

Good- Location. Close to subway transport, Target, lots of restaurants, drug stores and deli's. Across from Lincoln Center. Staff was nice.
Bad- Old hotel so don't expect anything modern. Pool is small almost like a lap pool and only open until 7pm. Rooms are small, barely enough space for two people with luggage. Always missing something and had to call front desk for something. There is a $22 a day charge if you don't book the room directly with their reservation system. seemed excessive. (ie:Expedia)
Summary- Find a newer hotel.

"This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this ..."
