Positive: Great location and cheap. The arts sold on the premise was great and much cheaper than the arts being sold near the Fall. I bought a wooden elephant for $20 while it costs $65 at Victoria Falls. The staff was great and very helpful.
Negative; wasn’t impressed with the food. Seems a bit pricey for what they offer. The rooms are not insulated so it can be cold in the winter or hot in summer. It can be noisy in the room if there are many people on the property up at night since the windows are actually open (there’s only an insect screen), not an actual window that closes. But if you’ve been to hostels, this is not a negative. Specially the shared bathrooms.

Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies.
