Great hotel in a great location- Lyon Part-Dieu only a 15 min walk away and the place has loads of restaurants and the park a short distance away.

Great space for our family. Old building but brand new modern hotel. Wonderful staff. The breakfast could use help as they seem short staffed but overall a great place to stay.

An amazing hotel! Don’t hesitate to book, everything was perfect!

We stayed for 4 nights in March '24 and definitely did not have a 5-star experience. We found the hotel to be grubby (there were old ski clothes under the bed and in the drawers when we arrived). The room was an awkward shape and very noisy being at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing and on most mornings we were simply ignored. Parking was expensive, ski hire was extortionate (we went elsewhere). We were also shocked to be charged for the bowling/games. Overall, just dull, miserable decor and a hotel trying to be something it isn't. Luckily we got a good rate, but I would definitely look elsewhere when staying in Tignes next time.

Amazing location and hotel. Perfect for seeing the sites and coming back and feeling welcomed by the staff. Great breakfast too!

Pros: prime location, great staff. Quiet room, perfect breakfast. Cons: old mattress with pits and uneven surface. Couldn't close windows due to old latches. Bathtub/shower is too tiny to comfortably take a shower. Drain is clogged. Difficult to wash without water flowing all around.

They were so friendly and so accommodating! They literally put your ski boots on for you and dry them once you get back, even if you don’t rent from them! The shuttles are effortless and just make the whole experience stress free and convenient
