We are not happy about the additional fees for RESORT FEES OF $25 PER NIGHT when we checked in. We were not aware of it prior to purchasing!!!

We so enjoyed being right downtown Providence. The hotel was great. It was clean and the staff was wonderful. Especially the staff in the breakfast area. The breakfast was probably the best complementary breakfast I have ever had

The rooms are outdated. The rugs are old and dirty. Staff was excellent. When I first got to my room the bathroom smelled like urine. After telling the front desk. Housekeeping re cleaned the bathroom and it was better. They accommodated me so I had a room near the front desk.
