The first room was immaculate, until I turned on the light in the bathroom. The tub was dirtied with hair and other particles, so the wonderful staff switched my room. The second room was very clean, except for an odd stain on the wall, and the fitted sheet on the bed was inside out.
The staff at the front desk was lovely, and the driver of the airport shuttle was also very friendly. While I would expect a more seamless check in in the future as well as a clean room from top to bottom, I was still happy with my experience and would stay at the hotel again.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby is beautiful with all of the old woodwork and detail. The rooms could be a bit more polished. They were a little tired with scratches on the tables, dirty vents in the bathroom and rust in the shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
