Room was perfect, room service was great. Front desk was amazing. Location was good. Mario and Cherry made certain I had everything I needed. Unable to remember all the front desk staff but they'll were all great. The beach chairs can definitely use updating. The location of the beach is very rocky and need to be better maintained. Expedia, false advertised that there was a gym on site. However, the bikes was a great option to get some exercise. I would stay here again if I had the chance to.

Jono is amazing. The location is gorgeous. They were working on a lot of the properties which was a little noisy but you can’t beat the view. Everything was wonderful.

The room was a good size with a kitchenette including microwave, a fridge, and dishes. I liked the tile floor and complementary water and coffee every day. The staff was very polite and helpful all around the hotel and on the beach.

Our overall stay could not have been better. We were provided a complementary upgrade. The facility was spotless and the condition of the place was immaculate. While a bit far from rest of the hotels, this is the perfect place to relax. Staff was super curteous and friendly. Food was amazing.

Our stay was great, staff is friendly, the restaurant and cave bar have great food and it’s relatively close to the airport. There were only a couple reasons for the 4 star review which were I had to call for towels/washcloths a couple times; after the room was cleaned, they were not replaced. Also the concierge was great in helping us with a couple excursions but in looking to go to north and middle Caicos they said they had to look into this and asked to give them an hour to explore options and they would give us a call. They didn’t call back until an hour before the excursion was to leave the next morning. Also get trip insurance because if you miss a day they will not work with you. Overall a nice secluded place to stay.
