Good cheap hotel. Sauna on top floor which is always a bonus after stretching your legs around Salzburg which is a 20 minute walk to centre from hotel door.

The hotel is in very good location, The bed was very new and very comfortable. The bathroom was nice as it was renovated.
My room was one floor up from the ground floor ( 1st Floor)
the carpets in the hallways are very badly worn and torn.
The carpet in my room looked awful.
I did not feel comfortable walking in the room with bare feet or socks on as the carpet is so worn out and old.
All trim-work on the floors and doorways in very poor condition can could look so much better with a little bit of paint

Very good location next to the train station with plenty of taxis and convenient for shops and fast food. It’s a short taxi or a 20min walk to the centre with a cute Christmas market in the way to browse with mulled wine.
Friendly helpful staff, Clean, warm rooms and comfy beds although the pillows were shocking.. flat a pancakes but it’s only a small gripe.. I would definitely recommend and will return next year for Krampus run.

The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. Hotel is centrally located and is walking distance from the train station and the old town. Our room was fantastic!

Fantastic stay as always, their sauna and spa area set the bar in the area.
Rooms are exceptionally clean and the space overall is awesome. Incredible blend of old(original) and modern, the breakfast buffet is something to see.

Great hotel in a beautiful location
The Hotel is modern and clean, service is excellent in all areas of the facility. Breakfast is great, dinner menu items ate limited as the hotel is more Buffet style dinner oriented, which always had good variety and good tasting food.
