Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We can't comment on the food as we ate elsewhere. The hotel was conveniently located to transportation. View from the bed and room was nice. Bed was comfortable. First impression of room was negatively impacted by the condition of the carpet which was well worn as well as in need of a good vacuuming.

Absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing and the property is gorgeous. We loved the attention to detail and all the special touches throughout our stay. Excellent location. Excellent hotel all around. It’s hard to compare to any other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed it. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Staff provide excellent customer experience and very attentive at all times. Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam!

We loved Hotel 717! The bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful. The bed was comfy and the location was unbeatable. Not bad for a 450 year old mansion!
