The staff were amazing, as was the location. Everybody was so helpful, particularly the new manager and the valets with the baby.
Our baby also loved the swimming pool!

I loved the views from the windows and the interior of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff.
There were constant problems with Wi-Fi. And ialso inconvenient to take a shower.
I would rate this hotel only 4 stars.

Excellent location close to the Chaudanne lift. Enjoyed the Sauna/hot tub every night after skiing. Well-proportioned apartment, although we were not sure why the detailed inventory was needed - if you stay in a place like this, you don't steal a spoon.
