Ven Pet-friendly Vacations

We had a nice stay but on the site it said bikes could be hired. We asked but the hotel didn’t have any which meant we had to rely on expensive taxis and the bus. Only on the last day did we realise Birkerod station had bolt bikes which would have been great to get about on as we decided not to hire a car .

I did not expect to have a room in what used to be an attic, this was not explained or shown in the time of choosing a room, there was no air conditioning, we had the noice of the street, and it was unbearable, the room had o height in one side for 8’ and about five in the window side, we have to bend over to reach the other side of the bad, this was not for me

The property was fine.

Nice boutique hotel in Central Copenhagen. We had a porch overlooking City Hall. Tivoli Gardens is a block away. You can walk to 90% of the city from this hotel.

Wonderful friendly staff make you feel at home and engage with you in a personal and helpful way. Location is excellent. The rooms very well designed and modern - this is 5* modern vs 5* grand - only minor points were noisy ventilation and the filter tap didn't work on the second night Wonderful Elena was very helpful
