Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained

We loved our private cave pool. It was a romantic beautiful room. The staff was amazing.

The hotel restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the front desk girls staff were not very welcoming, and some information and arrangements were not handled properly. For example, we received a card for a complimentary cocktail at 6 PM, even though they knew we had a 6 AM early checkout the next morning. If you enjoy a resort-style hotel where you can relax on the property, this is a good choice. However, there isn’t much within walking distance, so it’s not ideal if you want nearby shops, restaurants, or attractions. Overall, a nice resort with fantastic restaurant and housekeeping staff, but the girls at front desk experience could definitely be improved.

Anatoli is in the perfect location! Very close to the town and walkable to all the main spots including cafes, shops and more. Everyone was lovely and very helpful at Anatoli. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless and with a balcony to sit which was great. Overall highly recommend if you’re looking for a place close to town..
