Long Caye Pet-friendly Vacations

The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.

This was our second stay with Belizean Coves Estate, and it won't be our last. Service was (as always) impeccable along with the amenities. My grandchildren were in the pool and the staff (without asking) got floaties out for them to use. That's the kind of service you receive here.

All the staff here are so wonderful and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. They helped book a goldf cart for us for a day as well as a private snorkeling excursion which was amazing!

We had a great time staying at Villa Massis. The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating and very warm and they took good care of us while we stayed there.

We had a nice stay at CoCo Beach. Everything was great. Clean. Well managed. My only gripe were the doors and the locking mechanisms. It was so hard to unlock and the doors from the latch and the same with the keys. We just could never get it on the first try. I do want to give HUGE accolades to our Snorkeling Captain/Guide, T-Rex. I truly hope he will get praise from this review. He was absolutely AHHHHHHMAAAAZING. He was a great boat captain. He was an exxxxxceptional snorkel guide. This man loves his country, loves his job, and looooooves the wonders of the deep sea. He was so patient (as one of us was not a strong swimmer), he was so informative about every fish. He loves his job and it shows. THANK YOU T-REX!

The owner and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast especially fried breadfruit…The location is close 7 minutes walking distance to water taxi. Near many great restaurants, churches, market…Sea view, quiet street, safe…

I can't say enough about the Sea Glass Inn and the Maloney's. We were met at arrival by Tom, one of the owners. He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. They set up transportation for us from the local airport, a car rental fo r our road trip, and even scheduled our excursions! They truly go above and beyond at the Sea Glass. The hotel itself is newly remodeled, clean and beautiful, with a lot of personal touches. To top it off, if you're a dog lover, this is your place. Piper, Rigatoni and Alfredo are perfect additions to the laid back Placencia vibe.

Amazing hospitality. No BS, everyone at the resort were so friendly, helpful and always willing to chat and ask about your day. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.

the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.
