Breakfast is good, easy walking to main station, easy exit to city.

Our room was very clean and the staff was helpful throughout our stay.

Staff were very helpful. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hotel was far from the busy atreets which was a plus.

Amazing location, easy access to ximending and ximen station (300m). The only downfall is the lack of facilities in the building e.g. pool, sauna, limited seating for tea and coffee in lobby area. The hotel is very clean and staff is very hospitable and welcoming. Reception was at 6th floor, no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Stayed 2 weeks in this hotel and felt very comfortable. Some reviews said it was noisy but we didnt feel that at all. The hotel it self is quite new and the location and access was the reason we chose this hotel. A little bit more pricier than other 4 star hotels we've stayed at overall, we defintely liked our stay but I wouldnt say we LOVED it. Pros: Self service laundry, luggage storage, tea and coffee station, location and the housecleaning. Cons limited facilities: no pool, sauna, small gym, no shampoo/conditioner, no toothbrushes. money exchange was challenging as the hotel only accepted certain currencies e.g. USD, EUR, YEN. Any other currencies you need to go to Bank of Taiwan or Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Shopping Mall. No staff assistance with luggage on check in, no concierge, breakfast was not fantastic for the price we paid, reception is on level 6 not on ground floor.

This place is really awesome. There is a night market and park right across the street. There is also a good place for wonton soup on the corner that is amazing! 10/10 would stay again.

To the Management and Team at Cosmos Hotel Taipei, My family and I have just concluded a wonderful stay with you, split between two periods (October 10th-12th and October 14th-17th, 2025), and we were so impressed that we had to share our gratitude. Specifically, we would like to commend Miss Chen Shu Sheng, who managed our Room 0919 for the first part of our stay. Her work was impeccable. We also extend our sincere thanks to Miss Tian Xiao Lang, who took over so seamlessly for the second leg of our trip. Both ladies maintained our room to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort, making it a true "home away from home." It is always a pleasure to see your housekeeping staff whenever we are in Taipei. Beyond the exceptional housekeeping, the hotel's strategic location is a massive advantage for families. Being within easy reach of the High-Speed Rail, Railway, and Bus/MRT stations made navigating the city with our kids and elderly parents an absolute breeze. Our appreciation extends to every department that made our stay seamless: the Front Office team for their warm welcomes, the Concierge for their assistance, the Security team for ensuring our safety, the Gym staff, and the Breakfast Buffet team for starting our days off right. The hospitality we experienced at Cosmos Hotel Taipei truly touched us. Great job❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Room is very clean and customer service is phenomenal

Friendly staff and great services. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Walking diatance to shopping complex with a variety of food choices. Room is clean and drinks&snacks in mini bar are free. Steam and public bathing in the hotel is absolutely relaxing.

The cleanliness of the hotel has room for improvement, and the price was too high. However, the design of the toilet was the most satisfactory aspect for me. The location is also great as it is in the center of the city and very close to the stations.
