Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in. I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Nice, clean, staffs were polite, It was more than I expected.

Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

Rooms smelled of cigarettes, the only restaurant I saw open was the buffet for breakfast and the sports bar which was completely empty both nights I checked, didn’t feel clean for a 5 star hotel

Airport shuttle every half hour was very convenient! The room was a little dirty, there were food crumbs and chips on the floor when we check in, but the rest of the resort and the view was spectacular
