The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

The overall customer service was amazing. Perfect location steps away from the Spanish steps and public transportation. The manager is attentive and went above and beyond. Reception is 24/7 and are pleasant.

Room - Lovely! Bed was comfortable, shower and renovation was good quality. Balcony was a nice bonus.
Amenities - Lovely!
Location - outrageously ideal, steps away from the Fountain!
Staff - Amazing! I particularly appreciate their use of Whatsapp to not only maintain contact but help with services like shuttle service booking.
I didn't have the opportunity to try their gym or their restaurant, but everything honestly was quite nice. I would gladly stay here again, and intend to when I manage to visit Rome again.
