Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

The room was very nice. It had a major problem. It was sprayed with an incredibly strong fragrance, almost smelled like it was coming from the AC system. I have a real sensitive respiratory system. It made me ill. Had to open the windows for hours. Still woke up with a sore throat. If you have a sensitive respiratory system you need to stay at another hotel.

Villa Agrippina was a beautiful start to our time in Italy! The property is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Rome, with gorgeous grounds, a fantastic location, and incredibly attentive staff. Close to everything yet tucked away from the crowds—it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Rome.

Great place to stay! Very clean, cultural in design, helpful staff, and nice breakfast in the morning (10 euros each person per day). The only down side I would say is that you cannot bring outside food or drink because they would have to separate everything out for disposal- from my understanding.
It is a bit of a walk to the center plaza, but well worth the views!
