The best hotel ever staff food and the best staff

Poor attention to detail. Shower mat had a huge bunch of matted hair on it which was clearly visible by whomever left it next to the shower (assuming housekeeping). Floors not very clean. Bedding - you are given a thin sheet rather than a duvet, mattress is like concrete. We were glad we only stayed on night. Went into annex building on arrival - no staff. Eventually found staff member and asked where reception was, he answered floor 19 - considering there’s only 5 floors in the building I knew this wasn’t right. Turns out it’s in another separate building. On checking out, they couldn’t find us… took ages to check out as receptionist simply shrugged his shoulders and said it’s fine. Really strange experience. Breakfast buffet was good with good selection and nice staff. Wouldn’t recommend to friends & family.

The room itself is very clean. Very good staff. Wi-Fi is pretty weak. Has a weird system with the room key. You don’t get a card to enter your room anytime you want, you have to leave your key with reception every time you leave. You have to be a trusting person to be able to do that otherwise take any valuables with you if you can. Showers don’t have hot water. Free Breakfast and they gave me free water. Overall decent experience.

The pool was magnificent and staff very friendly. It was really frustrating that the wifi didn’t work in our room, poolside or in the restaurant on the terrace.

Excelente café da manhã. Não oferece serviços de refeições no quarto e o restaurante é fechado para almoço e jantar. Tem uma lanchonete comandada pela Frederica, que atende muito bem. Na recepção o Carlo e o Roberto são muito gentis e atenciosos.

The hotel was very nice. The amenities, the view, the size and comfort. We were only there one day so we did not make use of the pool or spa but we could see the pool area and it seemed very nice. The concierge and luggage staff were very welcoming and polite, but the staff working the morning breakfast was very hostile and made us feel unwelcome. This was upsetting because otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable.

As a single, female traveler this was an awful place to stay. The manager was insulting. Keep the shutters and windows closed at all times from staff and neighbors. Ironing was only allowed in the kitchen, but not during breakfast?? The view from the upper deck was beautiful but there are no umbrellas or shade only plastic chairs and ash trays. The rooms were very nice and clean. The elevator is shut off at night. I needed to leave at 5 am and was scolded for taking my suitcase down the steps. I left early and returned late the entire 6 days of my stay. My trip was a gift from my son and daughter in law which I appreciated very much. The rest of the trip was very nice and I found the people and other visitors very kind and accommodating.
