We had a very good experience. We went to a bakery next door for our morning pastry and coffee. They accommodated our early arrival. The A/C worked really well. We reserved the Junior Suite and felt like the suite area was way too large.

This was my first time visiting Rome and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. They greeted us, helped us navigate through the city, and even helped us plan day trips outside of Rome! I spent my birthday there and they surprised me with champagne in my room and it was such a sweet gesture!! Daniella in the front desk was so helpful and sweet! The restaurant outside belonging to the hotel was also amazing especially the staff! They made us feel very welcomed. I could not recommend this hotel more it’s definitely a 10/10 experience.
