Everything about the hotel itself was great. The staff didn’t look happy to help, they look like they hated their jobs. Car alarms going off at 230 am doors slamming at 5 am in hallways. We ended up leaving early. The steakhouse was wonderful.

The cabin we stayed in was comfortable. I loved hearing the train whistles. Loved seeing deer and goats out the back window. Loved the use of the robes. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen area. We will be happy to stay there again in the future. There are no restaurants to walk to but there are plenty of food choices within a 5 minute drive.

Parking seemed fine, no problems.
Loved the authenticity and the history.
Walking around this small town with plenty of shopping and restaurants. As far as staff, non-existant. Emails and note at the Inn for communications. We loved it.

Absolutely friendly staff, willing to accommodate for anything and even got an earlier check in that expected. Everything worked out perfect for us and to top it all off we are at the trailhead to some of the best trails in Sedona in our backyard! This is the place to stay if you’re an outdoor enthusiast like us!
