The hotel is very charming in a really nice atea with very easy access; and the staff is super nice and helpful. They allowed me to check in much earlier without extra cost. My only compliant is that the bed was not very comfortable, and the hotel was a little noisy in the morning. Breakfast was ok.

Nice place, good access. Also has a taxi dock at the property. Very central and good staff but the property is looking dated, and the mattresses definitely need replacement.

Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Did not like the over the bath shower. I have arthritis and getting into and then out of the bath to have a shower was difficult, even dangerous. There were no grab rails and the shampoo and conditioner were at the far end of the bath, totally wrong position. Also the bath plug was broken and needed to be replaced. Staff dealt with this very quickly and efficiently and were apologetic.
In summary, excellent staff, poor room.

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

This is a fantastic hotel in the perfect area. Within a 5-10 minute walk of all the main things in Venice, yet with a quiet non-tourist feel. The rooftop bar was an unexpected treat we enjoyed every day. The staff were amazing and we will definitely come back!
