Very Disappointing Experience Definitely Not a Resort Our stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The breakfast was horrible. The bottled drinks were already opened/unsealed and appeared to have been refilled. The food was cold and the overall quality was unacceptable. The property is advertised as a resort, but our experience was very different. It felt more like individual apartments owned by different people and rented out to guests, rather than a properly managed resort. We stayed in apartment 221, and the condition was honestly shocking. There was an incredible amount of dirt and grime, unlike anything I have encountered in a hotel or resort. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity and an old, musty odor that made the stay very uncomfortable. We also had no water on two separate occasions during our very short stay. To make matters worse, the blanket provided for sleeping was covered in dust.

The staff was horrible m, front desk I got the room after 4pm. Too much cat around the property and restaurant.

This is a beautiful extremely well maintained a run resort...a place one can't wait to come back to. People are delighful and everyone in the staff bends over backwards to kane sure that clients are satisfied and comfortable. Everything is top notch quality and one is surrounded by beuatifully kept grounds and impeccable cleanliness.

Very nice accommodation for the price. I never got breakfast but was close to the supermarket. Shopping center walking distance too.

Well located, quiet property. This is a property with visible layers of renovations. It’s an older type of hotel which is best described as a multi function property (vacationers, airport transfers, casino gambler, symposium attendees and local business meetings). That’s all ok but we encountered two very dissatisfying issues. First, 2 of our bathroom towels had large lipstick marks, they looked kinda new (unwashed linens?). Second, as we were checking out, I gave my room key to the hotel staff and to my surprise the guest behind us simply moved in front of us, put his room key on the desk, told the staff to start his check out and looked at us like utter idiots telling us to wait and that all would be fine and dandy. The hotel staff didn’t tell the gentleman to get back in line and wait for his turn. She acknowledged his request and started working on his checkout, hence stopping ours! I told her that was unacceptable, to email me my invoice and left,but I was really chocked as I felt sidelined as a gringo and taken for granted as a tourist. The hotel staffer looked at me, said ‘wow’ and continued. She was surprised that I actually said something and not let someone come from behind, hand his hotel Room keys and tell me to not react. Storm in a water glass but a rude guest and a totally unprofessional staffer that should have told that gentleman to wait his turn. I have a lot of family in Santo Domingue and was visiting from Casa de Campo. We will not return.

Como he puesto, desde ls instalaciones , el personal , la comida , fue todo excelente. Las habitaciones no tienen una decoracion moderna pero son muy acojedoras. Iria de nuevo sin pensarlo dos veces. Me encantó.

It’s a bait and switch the address is not where the location is and the rooms shown are not available. It’s still under construction and has regular black outs. Next to a cemetery. Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.
