Beautiful unique hotel. A relaxing, quiet, retreat. Wonderful food, which could not fault. Amazing tropical gardens leading to secluded beach. Totally recommend for peace and tranquil time.

Lovely stay, friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean and tidy, all the usual necessities present and correct.

We came to Torquay for a wedding and just needed somewhere to sleep for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Charlie who couldn't be more helpful. The room was beautifully decorated with everything we could need and more. Lovely touches of bottles of water, biscuits, a flask of milk. Even cotton pads were provided. We were given a menu for the breakfast which was delicious and again nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend the homemade granola! Thank you Julie-Ann and Charlie for a lovely stay! X

Amazing hotel and amenities. The staff is friendly and very welcoming to families. I would gladly stay in this hotel in the future.

We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. The small touches are what makes this hotel a special one. The bar downstairs proved popular to watch the world cup and we appreciated the hospitality during the evening. Breakfast was cooked to order and taken on the deck. The swimming pool was excellent. Car parking is easy and plentiful. One small point is that we would have appreciated a fan in our room which was very hot. Given the extremely high temperatures we are all experiencing it might be something to consider for the future. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine and of a very high standard.
