This was by far the most frightening hotel experience l've ever had. I checked in at around 1:40 a.m. as one guest. Three family members accompanied me only to help carry my luggage to the room before returning to their own nearby hotel as they were a group of youth male travelling together During check-in, the night receptionist asked me several times how many guests there would be, and I clearly stated that only I would be staying overnight and I would ho back and forth between two hotels as we are in jet lag with a bigger group of friends at the nearby hotel. He even offered me a room for four people, and I told him they would simply come upstairs to see the room and help with my luggage before leaving. A short time later, while I was in my room with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, the night receptionist (I believe his name was Iva, working the night shift of July 23) suddenly banged aggressively three of four times on my door multiple times around 2:00 a.m just in less than a 8-10 mins after | went to the room. It was loud enough to frighten me and made my heart to beat. When I opened the door, he immediately shouted shakingly that I either pay for three additional guests or he would call the police!!!! I was completely shocked!!!! | repeatedly explained that I was the only registered guest staying overnight and that my company were simply helping me with my luggage and came to see if the place is safe enough to leave me and were about to leave. From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly The boy on reception was very good ftom the booking in to information that we needed. First evening we ate in the restaurant, all the staff were excellent, the food was very good, and i would say reasonably priced. Following morning we went for breakfast, the buffet was plentiful with good choices. We had to wait a moment for a table but the ladies soon had one emptied and cleaned. Definitely look to visit in the future.

We did not like the self check in machines, there were 3 staff members who just sat there doing nothing, while we did their work, including making our own key cards! The duvet was soiled, it had 2 very large stains on it (fortunately, it was hot so we only used the cover which was clean). The hotel only provided 1 bathrobe and when we asked, they said they didn't have a 2nd available. The parking was an additional 10 euro fee per day, which was not noted when we booked. There should be a handrail in the WC since the toilet was very very low. The fridge in the room did not work/was not cold. There was a very good lock up for our bikes, but it was very small for the number of bikes that were there.

Great Hotel , evrythig was perfect, very new, clean, room was great and bed was cmfortable. Great hospitality too. Definitley recommended!
