I love the shilla! Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. Enjoyed all my meals at their in-house restaurants. My only disappointment is their offer of shilla shuttle to the myeong-do area -- they don't actually have it. They said they sometimes do not offer the service...no guarantee. Why offer this service on the hotel description if the hotel doesn't guarantee it. No one could explain it to me.
