Check-in was easy but we were sent to apartment and couldn’t open the key box. Finally called the and they told us how to do it. The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage and hangers. The couch in living area in need of a good cleaning. One kitchen chair was broken and we had burned out lights in bathroom. They did send someone who left saying he needed a different bulb but never saw him again. Overall we loved the location and would consider Myflats a second chance.

Location very central but comes with noise of bars & street cleaners 5-6am , bottle collectors too. The second bedroom didn’t work for adults as it was so uncomfortable, mattress thin and creaky . No window so very stuffy & chlostrophobic . Bad use of space as the living area is huge wasted space. Staff very helpful Rooftop pool not free for everyone so check ego you book through but big bonus. However , kids screaming & using as a plunge pool isn’t that relaxing .

A very nice hotel with the most convenient location - close to beach, sights, and amazing restrauants - the reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful - we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great hotel, it was quiet when we went (end August) no problem with sun loungers, in fact some days it was empty when we got back from the beach/day out. Breakfast had good choices available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. You’ll need a car if heading away from hotel as it’s approx 20 mins from nearest beach. Misoro restaurant well worth a visit. Padel was free and 2 good courts. Definitely would go back again.

The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing

The hotel itself was clean, tidy and had good amenities. Staff were very helpful and nice. The problem was the noise - from outside the hotel and within. If people weren’t shouting throughout the night from outside in the street, the noise from internal doors banging was enough to keep me from sleeping most of the night.
