The hotel rooms are very small and desperately need to be updated. The staff was wonderful. The bar service is slow but room is charming.

Such a fun experience. Understand that this is an old property so it won’t be up to date modern and pristine. But it was a great place to stay for a night with kids.

This is a lovely place to stay. It is spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything in our room looked freshly updated, from the bathroom to the decor. The good quality terry robes and slippers were a nice touch. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The location was a short walk (15 minutes or so) into town along a quiet, safe street. Parking was provided. It really was perfect for our needs. Most of the other establishments we saw nearby were B&Bs. Breakfast would have been a nice option since it took a walk to get to it, but we were fine with heading into town. The other amenities more than made up for that. One note is that this is an older, refurbished building so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Again, not an issue for us, but might be for some. I would highly recommend.

I had rented this cottage for 5 days 4 nights. I had a few issues. I brought my 82 year old mother for here dream vacation. We entered the cottage and It was clean and very large. The 1st issue was there was no heat! My mother had to keep her coat on the whole time. 2. No internet 3. Not able to watch tv do not having internet. 4. No washing machine. 5. No one way to get a hold of anyone at the property. I sent an email to the property and no response as of 9-22-26. I sent an email to Expedia the property didn’t even respond to them. I would not recommend this place to any one. The rental wasn’t cheap, I rent this cottage because I wanted all the thing they said they had (and all the things I wanted wasn’t there), yes I stayed at the cottage because I had to. I normally don’t post about problems I have this with places I go, this one was ridiculous. Beware.

Walking distances to restaurants and sightseeing. Easy in & out check-in. Breakfast was a nice touch on this already affordable little place.

Very welcoming, dog friendly hotel in the quiet village of nethy bridge. Budget friendly with breakfast included!
