Great location. Awesome staff.

The staff were so kind and informative about the Inn’s history. John brought us to our room and was quick to ask us if we needed more towels or water. The beds were cozy and the room was comfortable. It was a great experience. I wish I’d taken them up on the free morning yoga class!

Great value for the price

My daughter and I were in town for one night to tour RPI. We certainly chose well with our overnight accommodations. Although the house is quaint, extra clean, and decorated perfectly, the star of our stay was the innkeeper, John. From the moment we walked in, it was like seeing an old friend. John was friendly, kind and took excellent care of us. His hospitality made us want to come back again....very soon.

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Hampton Inn. The staff was welcoming, informative, and kind. The lobby was warm with complementary coffee and tea, and the staff was happy to answer any questions. The room was impecably clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check out was at 11am, but we overslept... we received a courtesy call at 11:17 asking if we planned on staying another night or if we wanted extended check out. They were very understanding and accommodating....

We had a wonderful stay. Suite well appointed, used all - microwave, fridge, desks, Very comfortable bed. Easy to park. Enjoyed the happy hour snacks and extensive breakfasth buffet. Easily walkable to the many restaurants, stores and bakeries Wish that huge bedroom TV did not block the top of the furniture below it which I could have used to put my suitcase case and open it as was not unpacking and there is already a huge tv in the sitting room. Could have used some hooks for jackets too...

The staff was so helpful. Everyone we needed something, such as towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and so on. They were always accommodating. I noticed that they were a little light staffed. I work in retail/ customer service so I noticed things that others may not. Even with juggling a lot of work the staff was all so polite. I even noticed when I went to get the grab and go breakfast, the woman who helped me was also there woman running the front desk. In these times with Covid. With extra...

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of excellent dietary and healthy options. The rooms were spotless with a very comfortable bed, which is most important. Very clean rooms and atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Conveniently located.We will visit this hotel again
