The property was immaculate and the host were amazing!! The breakfast was delicious, we couldn't have been happier staying at the Butler House. Looking forward to staying there again when we visit the area for more hiking, walking and exploring!

Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. Loved this hotel find right by the lower river. It was quaint with a nice vibe in the main lobby that had a bar and tables outside to enjoy the view.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and friendly staff. A must stay!

As always the service was awesome. I arrived extremely early (10:30 am) asked if i could get an eatly check in. Well she didn't have a room at that time understandable but she called housekeeping and they got my room ready and i was able to check in by 12:30 pm.

The staff was so friendly and the place was so nice to stay for a family.

I loved the comfort inn staff was friendly breakfast was hot and good everywhere was clean and was not dirty the rooms were clean not dirty they smelled fresh walking into them I would remand anyone to stay here .

Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!

This hotel is within walking distance from the falls, but also just enough out of the crowd to let you have a peaceful stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff and easy parking on site. We left our car in the lot and just walked all thru the trip.

I was quite pleased with this property. My understanding is that the property is not a new build, but it obviously has been completely renovated. I’ve been to properties where “renovations” amounted to not much more than a slopped on coat of paint and old nasty carpet replaced with cheap vinyl flooring. That is not the case here. The property was very well maintained . It was very artistic, well-decorated, very clean and the rooms fitted with the latest electronics. Loved the bathroom. Highly recommend!
