The location of the hotel is great, parking is fine when is not busy. Staff at the main desk are very polite and nice! Over all it was a good experience to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is much older than pictured but it was clean. Our room had the faucet pipes hanging out of the wall, was missing the remote for the TV, and the complimentary water decanter was empty. We did not use any of the amenities so cannot comment on those. It is conveniently located for a short walk to the falls.

Disappointed with our room, paid for a premium king and had a very small room with NO window. Having no window bothered me. It had a strong smell to cover the musty smell. But I do have to say otherwise it was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Don’t trust the pictures… the hotel was not what we had expected as it wasn’t maintained well and was severely understaffed. Room was not available at check in time, had a musty smell, and no hair dryer. Only one staff member was truly helpful

The hotel room was clean. The complementary water bottle was completely empty. Our door was very difficult to shut. The bathroom door was also problematic. The bathroom was humid/damp and stayed that way for the 24 hour stay. Overall for the price, it could have been much better.

First time visiting Niagara Falls, the Cadence was a great hotel, comfy bed, very clean and kept up to date. The shower itself was a 10/10. Great pressure, heat & spacious. Would def come back, and recommend. Short walk to the falls ~10 mins, ~ 3 mins casino & food.

Staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Parking available. There were cobwebs in the room over the windows. The shower needed a good scrub around the edges of the tub was pink. Beds were well made and comfortable. Limited options for breakfast. No pool. Walking distance to the Niagara Falls and 3mins walk to the Casino. It was an okay stay.
