Many issues with the room that we are in. Toilet is leaking. Room smells and what not. Staff does not care despite letting them know about the issues. I still cant believe the experience. You guys ruined my vacation.

The hotel is a little outdated and smelled a little weird in the hallway (expected it to be as nicer as in the pics) but it was a great stay, staff were awesome, quick attending us and quick response for room service. Everything was very close and a 5 minute walk to the falls, 5 minute drive to the Canadian side. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to others.
