I booked a room for 4 people that contained 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. Even though I had booked a room for 4 people, I did not recieve a blanket for the sofa bed. I tried calling the front desk, but the phone was not working , therefore forcing me to go downstairs to the front desk. When we came in the room, we wanted to turn on the lights, but the lamp was broken as well. There was hair in the bathroom and the bathroom outlet was not working. I booked this hotel and spent a lot of money to stay in a good hotel, as I have heard that Hyatt Place is a great hotel. I tried to file my complaint but was dismissed by the manager. I was disappointed with my experience.Overall, a total nightmare. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it. I was expecting better.

stayed here for a night with two young toddlers. we booked the room with 2 queen beds and sofa. the room was really spacious and clean. large sofa for the kids to lounge and enough space for them to run around. check in was quick and smooth and lots of parking spots right outside the main entrance. it was easy for us to grab things from our car. hotel is close to the highway very convenient most places we visited were a short drive away. would definitely stay here again!
