A 10/10 stay! This hotel is in a fantastic, highly convenient local spot where everything is within walking distance. We loved being so close to La Placita, Miramar, and Carolina Beach, and having incredible food trucks nearby made it even better. The staff was super helpful. Our excursion was cancelled and they provided us with options on how to get to the rainforest and provided helpful maps. They went above and beyond for us each and every day. It is clean and within walking distance to great restaurants.

I had such a amazing time here with my boyfriend. We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)

The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
