The property was nice and clean. Location is Convenient. Staff was very friendly. Kiara our waitress was great and she helped out on where to go. Would stay again. Only negative is that the shower water only got luke warm so wasn't able to take a hot stemmy shower.

This place is a nice quiet, not big at all. All yo have is your room, infinity pool a restaurant and that’s it. The beach is gorgeous but you can’t go swimming on it.. very annoying, because it’s beautiful. Will I go here again, probably not.

The Condado Ocean Club Hotel is a truly exceptional property at a great location close to Old San Juan. The staff was wonderful, especially Leticia (Assistant Guest Services Manager), Isaac (the Valet Attendant), and Yemenis (Front Desk). The food and drinks are a bit pricey but probably lower than the larger hotels. The property has a small but beautiful pool and has immediate access to the beach/beachfront. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the decor is very tastefully designed. I plan to come back to Puerto Rico and this will be my hotel of choice. I highly recommend it!
