"The computers were down when we arrived at the hotel. Zachary the front desk agent was very accommodating and offered us water or a snack while we waited. He gave me some wine on the house for the inconvenience. Our stay and the breakfast was great!"

This hotel is in an industrial part of West Des Moines behind some other hotels. It's right off a couple interstates and within walking distance to McDonalds, Taco John's, and others.
