The area is very uninviting . The room as soon as I got in - light switch didn’t work . I went to take a shower the water was brown and the soaps and shampoo was mounted yo the wall so other people uses it. The remote had food marks all over it , my room was located right next to the elevator so I heard it all night . Lastly , Hefner j went to check out no one was at the desk but a women saw me from another doorway, saw I was not being helped and just watched me. After making eye contact , she decided to ask me if I was being helped knowing I wasn’t.

This was horrible. We stayed there because we has an early flight and the fire alarm kept going off. I finally called and they said they had an issue with the sprinkler. We got 0 sleep.
