Megan was the night desk clerk and she was awesome! We had some difficulties with our flights and was available to give options for our car. She also gave a recommendation for a place for dinner. I hope she will be there when we return .

Good news and bad news about the AmericInn. First the bad news. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was filthy with dust and lint falling off of it to the floor. A couple swipes with a vacuum or cleaning rag would solve the problem. The in-room refrigerator had a very loud squeak like a hamster on an exercise wheel. Had to turn off the frig so we could sleep. When we checked out and told the clerk about the squeak, she said their wasn't anything they could do about it. The chair and ottoman had some serious stains on them. The dresser had splintered wood on one side. The pool water was very murky and there were no chairs or any furniture around the pool. Where would a parent sit if they wanted to watch their children in the pool? The good news: the room was clean. The sheets and towels were clean and crisp and they looked new. The room was quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Reasonably priced room. Would we stay here again? If the problems mentioned above were corrected, yes we would. If not, we would probably pass. There are numerous hotels in the area.

The pool was out of order which is why we picked this hotel for our kids. Our air conditioner started making really load noises in middle of night so had to turn it off and boil in the room. There was hair on the shower wall. When I told the clerk about the issues they offered no compensation… just said they would have maintenance look at the air after we left. Airport shuttle also arrived 15 minutes early and rushed us to get out there. I will not book this hotel again.

Check in very late at night/early morning was seamless, which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The shuttle to and from the airport was also great. We would stay here again.
