Bath tub and sink held water while in use and took a long time to drain. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t run it. There were kids and adults right outside our our first floor room window and were extremely loud and were also playing their vehicles radio VERY LOUD UP UNTIL 11:45 pm. This kept us from being able to try and go to bed until after midnight. When I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk, it was she didn’t care. Very Upset.

The exterior of the property is so bad we were concerned that the rest of the motel would also be dirty. The interior and rooms were basic but appeared clean. The TV remote didn’t work and the only solution offered was new batteries which did not work. No one answered the phone at the front desk. In fact, when called, there was a fast busy signal which usually indicates the phone line was not active. The young women at the front desk was the only bright spot. She offered what assistance she could, but she was unaware that the front desk phone did not work.

The hallways and some of the rooms smelled like pot. The room below us in the main floor had a dog the wouldn’t stop barking. Notified the front desk and problem not solved. We are moving to a different property due to our experience.
