Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms show some aging. Very big place and lots of rooms. Therefore, there were a lot of guests and breakfast was way too crowded. Otherwise, nice place.

This is a very nive hotel. Rooms are vwry clean and well maintained. Pool is an inside outside swim theough pool. Very net. Staff was not so friwndly. They weren't rude, just not engaging. There breakfast is by far best I have had at hotel.

The pool is really nice there was just way too many kids for baseball tournaments for other people to use the pool and it was very noisy in the rooms by the doors going in and out of the facility as well as all of the children on the upper floor, jumping around until 3 o’clock in the morning

We rented a Jacuzzi suite on a week night close to our home just for a quick getaway. There was a vehicle parked outside our room window with its headlights on for over 6 hours. I complained to the desk twice the second time they went out and asked the car to move. The car then backed up one row and continued to shine it's lights directly in our window. I didn't even use the Jacuzzi because I was so uncomfortable that two men were sitting outside the window all day. Keep in mind there was a huge parking lot that was nearly empty they could have sat in. Idk what the circumstances were but the manager told me he can not do anything about someone parking in the parking lot which I find odd. It was just an all around odd situation for 2 adult men to camp out in a hotel parking lot from 3pm till after 11 pm, but the staff and manager didn't seem to agree.

Stayed in the cottages building this time. Ran into mechanical issues in the room with the A/C, there were a few bugs around in various rooms on the first floor. The patio door in our room had visible gaps to allow bugs in. The property is showing its age in a couple of areas. Staff is always nice and helpful.

We had a nice stay. Couple things...the ice machine on our floor was not working so we had to go to another floor to get ice. The pool was great, but the weekend we stayed, there was also a group of baseball families staying so the kids took over the pool, and even the parent didn't remind their kids that they needed to remember to share the space with other patrons.
