The hotel entry security is not up to standard. Anyone off the street can walk into the lift and go up to any floor of the hotel. There is no card-reader security tag in the lift past the first floor reception. Entry should be blocke to any floor unless the card is used to move the lift to your floor. "We got a small room with a big bed, large TV, private bathroom and spacious private balcony. The front desk service is excellent, as each employee is very kind, helpful, and give you complimentary chocolates upon arrival. There was a working elevator up to our floor, and with the windows closed, it was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city except for the occasional ambulance and frequent church bells. We only had one neighboring room slam their doors and talk in the hallway once...

"The location of the hotel facilitates getting about and around by train. A train station and supermarket are nearby. Room service is good and efficient. Staff are helpful and friendly."

"Beautiful area of Sydney and close to everything. Easy access by walking or by ferry. Breakfasts were amazing, staff friendly and awesome views. Beautiful mixture of old new architecture and well established gardens. Only down side was very limited parking! Make sure you pre book a spot and be aware that they are very limited. Street parking only for 2 hours. Good value for cost!"
