Great location but the property is in desperate need of an update and repairs. The gym equipment was broken borderline dangerous, fridge handle was missing and overall the rooms are outdated.

Best location close to everything, nice view from balcony, you can see Oprah house and Sydney Harbour. We had early check in, that was very nice,big clean room, very comfortable king bed, friendly staff. We will be back again.

As you would expect from a large hotel chain, the room and amenities were clean, the hotel is in a great spot, within the Rocks precinct so much history, easy walking to the opera house and the bridge, HoHo bus just around the corner, pubs and beautiful restaurants all around.

Nice place situated conveniently near the harbor. Balcony was perfect for catching a few sunrises. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only drawback was not their fault. Apparently it’s along a path people go when leaving clubs at 3am I guess. VERY boisterous men and women going by Saturday and Sunday mornings 2-4am. We were jet lagged and couldn’t sleep anyway so it didn’t bother us.
