So on the morning before my flight, I called the number that they provide and spoke to customer service and I was assured that they had all the information needed and that my reservation was all set. "Property is in a good location. Not far from Broadway. Quinton at the front desk was awesome. Room was clean and good size. We Had the 1 bedroom with kitchen. Good breakfast and bar area. Highly recommended the Listening Room, which is close by. Loved Nashville! "

"Spent 1 night prior to a flight. Area was clean and quiet. Upon arrival to our room our smoke detector was beeping for low battery. It was quickly fixed with a new battery. Our room was clean other than someone left clothes in the closet. Our night was quiet. Would recommend and stay here again."
