A little more affordable location close to the Honky Tonks. Safe to walk the distance. Facility is dated but it was clean and the front desk was kind. Only concern is checkout and valet.

The pictures compared to the actual property were totally different. It almost seemed like a “motel”. Thankfully this was a quick weekend trip and we didn’t stay in the room much but to just sleep. The night of check in the young lady at the front desk was really nice. But the lady at the front desk Saturday and Sunday seemed as if she didn’t want to be at work. The lady on Sunday checking me out even said to her coworker “don’t play with me I didn’t even want to come to work today”.

Staff was helpful and friendly especially the valet personal. Was a little disappointed with the beds and the bathroom door. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and noisy and the bathroom door was "barn style" (which i liked the look) but it was hard to open and close and really noisy. I also overlooked the pool. Thought they had a pool when i ordered the room but then realized there was no pool once we arrived there.

Staff very nice, rooms well furnished and comfortable, spacious modern bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Hotel lobby does not make a good first impression, needs full renovation. Convenient location for walking to Broadway, the Capital building, Ryman Auditorium, etc. but only a small pizza place to eat at without walking some distance.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff at this hotel were all so awesome! From the valet who parked our car and front desk man who was informative and kind, to the lady who kept us entertained at the breakfast buffet, everyone was super friendly and helpful.This hotel was super clean and updated. It's in a great location if you want to walk to Broadway but also far enough that you don't have to hear all the noise. So yes, I definitely recommend staying here!

Checking into the room was difficult due to the elevator being outside in the parking lot, which we were not told when the valet took the car. So while dragging the luggage trolley up a small incline into the tiny lobby the luggage fell off. Finally got it inside only to learn it should have been left outside. The hotel is more like a motel, all rooms located via outside corridors. Breakfast was good. Was a 15 minute walk to Broadway. Probably would not stay here again.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the lady who prepared it. She was very friendly and helpful. The location of the Capitol was close to many of the places we visited.

Valet parking only. No bell staff for help with luggage. Small awkward outdoor elevator, with fast closing doors. Room very clean, but tight for two beds. This hotel would benefit from using hooks & shelves in the bathroom. If Breakfast tasty bu room very noisy because staff had on a different music station from the TV in the eating area so it was awful. Excellent coffee! Excellent bar bin the lobby.
