Nice new property conveniently located to BNA. Our room had a water leak on the AC which made the carpet wet. Made the room smell musky. I reported to the office and they said they knew, and several rooms had the same problem.

Hotel system was down upon arrival and could not check in. Overnight approximately 5 vehicles including mine were broken into. Hotel was aware this is an issue with car break ins. In other areas with high crime and break ins they have off duty cops working to help reduce this issue. This hotel didn’t employ security or off duty officers. I would not recommend staying here if you are driving into Nashville. If you don’t have a vehicle you should be fine.

The refrigerator got stuck on freeze and ruined some medication. Other than that it was clean, the sheets were nice, and the pillows were nice. The floors were stained and the tub had some issues. It all balanced out to an average stay with amicable staff.

Bed was virtually unsleepable. Sunkin to the point of touching bed platform Other than that , hotel was good but since the purpose is to sleep there, I give it a 3 star review.

The ac is broken in the common areas and the temp was 78 inside and per staff it had been that way a long time. The waffle maker was broken. The shuttle that they claim runs from 4am to midnight actually runs two trips per day to the airport and they do not have a driver at night. One guy working the front was speaking rude to another customer. There is nothing within walking distance of this hotel. The room itself was nice and comfy. Also the printer available for use does not work and according to staff never has in over a year.

Hold on tight was the word of the day, in the middle of the night our bed broke, completely outta the blue. My husband looked at it and it was held up with cardboard. Scared us to death and made us lose a lot of sleep. Such a horrible experience.

Hotel website says that they provide free shuttle service up to 5 miles. That’s NOT true. We stayed here to avoid Uber costs but ended up having to take a Uber everywhere. They only provide transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend you stay at a hotel closer to Broadway. We regret canceling our reservations with the Drury.

We were unable to have breakfast. There was a group of kids down when we went to eat, so we waited about 20 minutes and went back there was nothing to eat and no one replacing any food.
