Staff was great very clean, but the bed was probably the worst I have ever slept on might as well been a cot. Also it is not as close as it says to walk to the Bridgestone arena.

The Best Western Music Row is definitely not in the thick of things in Nashville. However, it is possible to walk to most popular destinations. We used an Uber to go to Grand Ole Opry. The overall facilities could use a facelift. The breakfast was very good and offered many choices. Every person on staff that I interacted with was helpful and kind. We were given a late checkout at 1:30. That was above and beyond and we were grateful!

This was our first visit to Nashville, the hotel is clean with very friendly staff and a brilliant room cleaning team, the pool is brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety, its a 20-25 minute walk to Broadway or an Uber will have you there in 10-15 minutes, there are great bars within a 5-7 walk from this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Complimentary breakfast was well above average with an omelette bar. Only tweak I would make is to have tables or nightstands on both sides of the bed. There was a shared table between the two beds in our room, so being on the opposite side, I had to put my glasses and water on the ground next to the bed. Minor inconvenience.

This was an amazing hotel! Staff were super friendly. The continental breakfast included an omelette bar. There were two massage chairs in the lobby free for guest to use. Only a 5 minute car ride to the downtown area.

Property was clean and easy to park ($$) not free, my room was nice, clean, comfortable and a small view. But I was there for location as you can walk around pretty easy. The front desk lady didn't smile at all and seemed liked it was too much of a chore to do so. She even referred us to a restaurant 500 feet away and she didn't know the name. Other than that I would stay here again, oh and the breakfast was okay and worth getting something to start the day.
