Not what we wanted to hear! Other than that the room was fine, breakfast good and breakfast staff very helpful."

We were in the newer part of the hotel and rooms are really generous in size and added bonus of French doors which you can open unlike a lot of hotels now where fresh air is impossible!!! "Blanco' exceeded expectations. Large comfortable room, immaculate with helpful, cheerful, polite staff. Hot chocolate and biscuits in room a nice touch and excellent variety at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, cereals and hot buffet. Good position for walking into town."

Upon returning from our concert the poor lads behind the bar were obviously inexperienced & there weren’t enough seats so we had to go in the reception ! This was only a niggle on a great stay ."
