Good sized room -we had 2 queen beds. Spacious for 4 adults. Can't comment on food as didnt book breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can be little bit noisy but only from people coming back in at 5.30am - no fault of hotel.

Lovely place for getaway, rooms were nice and comfy, staff Were really friendly and the cocktails in the bar were amazing, The pool was nice but try avoid late in the afternoon as It gets busy then, round the jacuzzi could do with a clean. Overall was happy with my stay and the other half was happy Too and that's a bonus!

Hotel is in absolutely ideal location, close to station, across the road from St Davids Centre and Cardiff Bay is only 10 min walk.

Fantastic. Great location. Only problem we had was the handle on the bathroom door falling off.

Very nice hotel - the staff was outstanding - If I am ever in Swansea agin I will stay there.

Would definately stay and recommed this hotel. The staff in particular the bar staff wete very helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and our room was very comfortable. We did not use the pool or any spar facilities to leave a comment. Huge care park that is free and lovely position just on outskirt of the city of Swansea.

I booked a national trust working holiday and decided to come a week early to explore the area. The hotel was perfectly sited in Llanberis which has so many sites to explore for walkers or bikers such as myself. They have stunning scenery with railways, Snowdon, Electric mountain, slate museum and castles all within a short walking distance. They had a locked area for my bike which was great as I didn't have to worry about theft. Everyone was polite, friendly and engaging and I found many of my issues were easily solved (mainly directions to sites,laundrettes, shops,etc). Room for the money was very good and besides a weak shower I couldn't list any faults. I felt the breakfast was great as it was a buffet with cooked meals on request so I could eat enough to skip lunch. Pub dinners were really nice and I slept well. Not much else to say. Definitly recommend if you want a week of exploring Snowdonia to its up most

Really enjoyed our stay there. Nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast. Plenty of parking. Can't fault it.
