"Good business hotel close to food and enterainment"
Central location for business. Comfortable quiet rooms with desk for working space. Basic coffee maker and fridge for snacks and beverages. Hotel is close to a variety of eating establishments from casual patios to better restaurants. Limited food and bar, but more than adequate. Staff polite and helpful. Only negative, limited hotel entrance for drop off or pickup. All in all have stayed a few times and will return when I have to be in Toronto on business for 3 or 4 days. Recent summer visit (July 2015).

"Comfortable but hotel felt old "
This is probably the least modernized Westin's I've stayed at, can tell it used to be a Hilton. Most in need for renovation is the 37th floor Italian restaurant with breathtaking views but old space and old menus, bad salads. Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable.

"First class in Toronto"
This is a bit pricey for Canada, but you do pay in Canadian, and it is worth it. Great room with large plush bath/shower. Room was beautiful and comfortable. We got free wi-fi upgrade through Expedia, which was nice, since we are used to free wi-fi in top hotels. Bar and lobby are beautiful. This is a great place for plush environs to be spoiled in. Great downtown location with terrific restaurants close by. Check out the ones that aren't on internet listings for some really good food and service. Had a great time here.

"Great place to stay"
We stayed at the hotel July 27th and 28th, 2015. One of our two rooms faced the ballpark, the other was an "executive room" (which has separate bedroom and couch/tv/relaxing room). Both rooms were nicely sized and well appointed. The rooms have a mini-fridge with section for freezer items (although small - we put cold packs in them). Nice 40 plus inch LCD tv. The rooms facing the ballpark are really amazing. We were there for one night without a baseball game and one night with a game. The night without a game - they keep the dome closed and a few lights on in the ballpark so you can see it. The night of the ballgame you can watch the game from the comfort of your room and it is a really special experience. The staff was fantastic and could not be more helpful. A suggestion - if you have a large party (we had 5 people) getting a minivan cab can be a bit challenging. Have the hotel valet call one for you and have the cabbie give you a business card with his phone number on it so you can call him to pick you up. Elevators are fast and efficient and the rooms were clean and not worn out.
