"Megan has a beautiful little spot here! My husband and I spent the weekend getting to know the Chattanooga area and used this as our home-base. Everything she provided was awesome, Keurig coffee, filtered cold water & ice welcomed us. Bathroom was fully stocked with Shampoo conditioner ect. Unit was super clean and very comfortable for the 2 of us! We will be back!"

"Second time staying here. Bear house is simply perfect. Great location, great hosts. It is a joy to stay here. The grounds are welcoming, with plenty of places to sit and chat with your group, or new friends! Parking is right there. The rooms are always clean, and well stocked with coffee and snacks. The location was convenient to everything by car - a very short drive to the grocery, downtown, and all of the area attractions. "We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. "Staying in an updated historic loft that is beautifully decorated, made us feel so comfortable. There is a park across the street and the loft is near the base of Lookout Mountain. "Cindy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. There was a charming claw foot bathtub and a pedestal sink depicting a Victorian or French styled bathroom. The queen sized bed was so comfortable and decorated with beautiful bed coverings and pillows. There was a tv in the bedroom and the living room. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the porch that had two rocking chairs. We loved the location and most of all our lovely hostess."
