"Amazing experience!!!!!!! Beautiful property and incredible landlord. True Southern hospitality! Every item in the house is very special and has meaning from beautiful art work to ceramic pieces to items dating back to the colonial era- all beautifully and lovingly preserved by Greg (the landlord) as part of his family heritage. Very very clean house and has everything, including dishes, coffee maker, silverware, toiletries, magnifying mirror, etc. Beautiful grounds with fig and other fruit...

Front door needs repair, has hole from previous lock/handle and needs weather stripping. Would stay again because it was clean, we felt safe and it was a good no-frills budget property."

"From outside what looks like a small country cottage inn transforms to the nicest accommodations in the region. Shops and dining are all steps away. The studio has a gourmet kitchen and great bath with amenities. Don’t think about it, stay here for your visit to the Springs or the other Florida."

"Overall it was a fine place to stay. Definitely an older home. It was fairly clean. The beds were not queen size beds as listed and we were scheduled for 4 days and only had 4 small wash clothes for showering. We purchased some of our own. We did appreciate the washer and dryer on the premises and the temperature was comfortable."

"We came for the Rock the Country festival. I always enjoy experiencing local culture. We were in Ocala and I love horses so when I saw this listing, I knew it was perfect. The apartment was very well decorated and had everything we needed to cook and relax. I had a blast walking around, meeting all the horses and the barn cats...and now kittens. Frank was the best host to us too! I highly recommend staying here."

"We chose this property because of its proximity to the Duck Pond area where our son lives. The kitchen is very small, but it was adequate, since we had Thanksgiving dinner at our son’s house. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with many historic homes, but close enough to downtown to enjoy restaurants, etc."
